How To Code Medical Claims

This blog is a composite of tutorials for coding medical claims.  It is designed to provide insight and a broad overview of how to code medical claims.  All of the claims displayed were filed with insurance carriers, Medicare and/or Medicaid.  We believe the claims to be accurate representations.  However , we do not guarantee such.  We have entered the diagnosis codes and CPT codes in FreeMedicalBilling.Net (www.FreeMedicalBilling.Net) Medical Billing Software.
